Living resilient is living in joy & peace despite problems

The Resilient Life

Is Living in Joy and Peace

Despite Problems

Hello friends!

What is a resilient life?

Is it living life happily like no problems can happen? Is it waiting for problems to happen, and then taking action? Is it solving as much problems as you can? Or is there something better?

There can be many answers, and we respect those.

In my humble opinion, based on my own experiences and my limited research, living a resilient life means living life despite problems. It means even if you experience events that are displeasing for you, or that pull you down, or that limit you, you can still stay happy and even offer your help.

More importantly, it means doing the right actions to solve problems, even before those problems happen. When those problems happen, you are prepared, you do not worry, you stay happy, and you help others who need your help.

Friends, which life is better? Live life while it's good, and then take action when problems happen? Or live life solving future problems, so that when those problems happen, you can continue to live a happy life?

Let me give an example. I'm glad that I choose jobs that allow me to work out-of-office. I'm also glad that me and my spouse are homeschooling our child. I'm also glad that I know many things about computers & technology. With these actions, my family and I live and stay happy, even when mobility is restricted, when transportation costs go up, or when ideas that we disagree with are taught in schools.

Friends, I'm not talking about trying to anticipate as many problems as you can in such a way that it takes the happiness off of you. We cannot anticipate all problems anyway. We can still experience problems along the way. So let's solve one future problem at a time. And let's continue to live a happy life, even while solving such future problems.

Friends, if we do not aim to live a resilient life, then more frustrations can happen; we pay a bigger price, and we sacrifice more. But if we aim to live a resilient life, then there can be much less frustrations, and more joy & peace in our lives.

Friends, I hope that this is your takeaway. We can choose to live a resilient life.
If you agree and believe this, then please say these with me:

I can choose to live a resilient life.
I can solve problems, even before they happen.
Because I can live resilient, I can stay happy and live peacefully.

Thank you for participating, friends.
