Why Do We Charge Shipping?

We don’t hide costs. Some raise prices and call it “free shipping.” We don’t. What you pay for shipping covers real things—drivers, fuel, tolls, taxes, and the wear on the road, among others. We believe in being straight with you. One day, we hope to offer free shipping. But only when we can do it without cutting corners.

 

How Much Is Shipping?

You’ll see the exact cost at checkout. It depends on how many items you order and how far they have to travel from our nearest warehouse.

 

Are There Import Costs?

For local deliveries, none.
Outside those countries, customs may charge you. We’ll email you as soon as we know the amount and how to pay it.
We don’t offer refunds or returns just because import fees apply.

 

Why Charge Duties and Customs Fees?

Your government wants these fees to help your country manage trade. If you want to know more, reach out to your local customs office.

 

How Long Until My Order Arrives?

You’ve got 24 hours after placing your order to make changes or cancel. Just email us at contact@trulyfulfilledlife.com.
We take up to 5 business days to prepare your order.

Shipping times:

  • Up to 14 business days for local deliveries.  Up to 30 business days for abroad.
  • Business days don’t include weekends or holidays.
  • Delays can happen—storms, strikes, or government blocks. We’ll keep you posted if anything changes.

 

How Can I Track My Order?

We’ll send updates by email. You’ll also get tracking links from the shipping carrier. Or check the Shop app for real-time updates.

 

Why Can’t You Ship Everywhere?

We want to. But sometimes we can’t—because of high costs, tough terrain, or government rules. If you’re in a hard-to-reach place, email us. We’ll try to find a way.
