Refunds & Returns
Yes. We accept them.
Exchanges
We don’t do exchanges. But if you return the item with its packaging, we’ll cancel your order and refund you. If you come back to us later, write to contact@trulyfulfilledlife.com. We’ll help you find what you need, so there’s no need for another return.
When to Request a Refund
Only in these cases:
- You got the wrong item. You ordered a shirt, but got a mug, for example.
- The item itself, not its box, arrived broken.
- If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days for local delivery—or 30 days if it’s coming from abroad—and the delay is due to the shipping carrier.
Other Conditions
- The item must be in perfect shape. No wear, no damage.
- Let us know within 3 days of delivery or pickup. After that, we can’t take it back.
- Once we receive the item and it's in good condition, we’ll refund you and let you know within 24 hours.
- We don’t refund for a change of heart. Please choose with care.

Refund Timing
Once we’ve received and approved the return, we’ll issue your refund and notify you within a day.
You’ll get an email when we process the refund.
If it’s not in your account after 10 days, write us. We’ll give you a tracking number to help your bank locate it.
