Respect + Responsibility = Resilience

Hello friends!  What would you do if you disagree with a policy from the government, a company, or even your family? What if something bad happens to you? Would you complain or blame someone else?

If we want to live a strong and resilient life, we need two values: respect and responsibility.

Respect means honoring policies or actions of others, even if you disagree. Don't like the high cost of goods and services? Find a better deal. Don't like your salary and benefits? Politely move on.

Responsibility means taking action and not waiting for someone else to solve your problems. Is the government not giving you free education? Learn on your own from the many free resources online. Can't find the products or services you need? Create them yourself!

Friends, let's live a resilient life.  Let us respectfully disagree with what's around us and take responsibility to create positive change. With these values, we'll be resilient, and live a truly fulfilling life.
