Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

Rates calculated at checkout based on shipping service, shipping distance and total order weight. Up to 10 business days for domestic, while up to 30 business days for international deliveries.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at contact@trulyfulfilledlife.com within 3 business days from delivery date; the day you receive the goods. Include your order number and photos of the damage. We'll work with the carrier to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

 

Lost Shipments

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days for domestic deliveries, or within 30 business days for international deliveries, please email us at contact@trulyfulfilledlife.com immediately.  Include your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

 

Incorrect Address

Customer responsible for accuracy of shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect address.
