Color Guides
Colors can look different based on lighting conditions, screen settings, display technologies, and eyesight.
Kindly refer to this list of color hex codes. This can help you understand what colors we actually use as background colors in our products.
You can also email us at contact@trulyfulfilledlife.com, your preferred color hex code. This helps us provide you the product with the most accurate matching color.
Our Customization Process
Our goal is to provide a process that is painless and seamless for all parties. The following details how our process works.
1. Email your design file/s to contact@trulyfulfilledlife.com.
2. Specify your desired product category & characteristics.
3. A preview of your desired products will be presented alongside your design. If the outcome meets your expectations, you have the option to make the purchase. Otherwise, we can continue to work together to fulfill your product vision.
4. Upon receipt of payment, we will dispatch your order! Please allow up to 14 days for domestic shipments and up to 30 days for international deliveries. Click here to learn more about our shipping policy.
Personalization Requests
Other materials, quality (such as fabric thickness), colours, sizes, print areas, and printing techniques (such as embroidery), may be available upon request. Get in touch at contact@trulyfulfilledlife.com, and we'll do our best to meet your needs!

Shipping
How much are the shipping costs?
From the checkout page, the system will present the accurate shipping fees, depending on the quantity of items in the order and the distance from your address to the nearest warehouse/s with the desired goods.
Are there import costs?
- If you are ordering from within Australia, Canada, China, Mexico, European Union countries, South Korea, UK or USA, then your order will not be charged any import costs.
- If you are ordering from outside of these countries, then import costs may apply.
- The import costs will be calculated and charged when package reaches your country's customs. We aim to email you the soonest time, about the import costs and how you should pay for it.
- Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not allowed just because there are import costs.
How long should I wait for my order?
- You have up to 24 hours, from the time the order was placed, to make any changes or cancel your order. Please contact us at contact@trulyfulfilledlife.com for any such changes or requests.
- We need up to 5 business days to prepare your order.
- Standard shipping time within Australia, Canada, China, Mexico, European Union countries, South Korea, UK & USA is up to 5 business days.
- Economy shipping time within USA is up to 8 business days.
- Standard shipping time outside of those countries is up to 30 business days.
- Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays & holidays.
Possible delivery delays may occur due to factors within and beyond
our control, such as natural disasters, organized crime, and government
restrictions. However, we are committed to finding solutions to issues
that we do have control over and will keep you updated via email with
new estimated delivery dates.

Returns & Refunds
When should we request for returns & refunds?
1. In cases where the product received varies significantly from the one that was ordered, such as receiving a shirt instead of a mug.
2. If the product is damaged or broken upon receipt. Please remember that packages are designed to safeguard the products, so it's acceptable if a package arrives slightly damaged, as long as the product remains undamaged.
3. Should your purchase fail to reach you within a 14-day period from the order date, despite the estimated delivery time-frame shown at checkout.
